DHS Found To Have Willfully Failed To Pay Overtime

Law360, New York (July 29, 2009, 1:42 PM EDT) -- Handing a victory to a group of current and former employees of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, a judge has ruled that the government willfully failed to pay them overtime for training they were required to complete.
