House Bill Calls For Greater Proxy Transparency

Law360, New York (July 29, 2009, 12:51 PM EDT) -- As the U.S. House of Representatives takes up consideration of say-on-pay legislation, Rep. Mary Jo Kilroy, D-Ohio, has introduced a companion bill that would require all institutional investors to disclose information about all proxy votes — including executive pay — to shareholders.
