Larry Flynt To Pay $1.1M In Sexual Harassment Case

Law360, New York (October 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Larry Flynt and his company LFP Inc. have been ordered to dish out over $1 million to Flynt’s former secretary, who alleged she was sexually harassed and forced to lie to Flynt's wife about his dates with prostitutes at the office.

Flynt was also charged with sexually harassing Rene Raymond by telling sexually charged jokes and making sexual comments, according to Raymond’s attorneys.

The arbitration award of $1,114,901, announced on Thursday, included $175,000 for emotional distress, $500,000 against Flynt in punitive damages, $250,000 against LFP Inc....
