Cement Giant Sues Plano Over Environmental Policy

Law360, New York (July 30, 2009, 3:16 PM EDT) -- Ash Grove Cement Co. has sued the city of Plano, Texas, for allegedly violating the company's constitutional rights by passing a resolution to buy cement made through a process the city believes is more environmentally friendly than Ash Grove's method.
