EPA Settles Texas Oil Group's Suit Over Air Rules

Law360, New York (July 30, 2009, 3:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has reached a proposed settlement in a suit filed by a coalition of Texas oil and gas facilities that demanded the agency take action on revisions to clean air rules in Texas.
