Netgear Counterclaims Cut In Wireless Patent Suit

Law360, New York (July 31, 2009, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed Netgear Inc.'s bid to invalidate several claims of two wireless information transmission patents that Fujitsu Ltd., LG Electronics Inc. and U.S. Philips Corp. asserted in an infringement suit against Netgear but have since dropped from the case.
