SEC Bid To Amend Musicland Suit Denied

Law360, New York (July 31, 2009, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to modify the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's complaint against Alfred S. Teo Sr. to include allegations of Teo's false filing claims as a shareholder with Cirrus Logic Inc., finding the SEC submitted the petition nearly two years after a court deadline.
