Cinergy Health Sales Reps Move For Class Cert.

Law360, New York (July 31, 2009, 6:34 PM EDT) -- An insurance sales agent for Cinergy Health Inc. has asked a Florida judge to conditionally certify a collective action accusing the insurer of repeatedly bilking him and similarly situated co-workers of minimum wages and overtime compensation.

In the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Thursday, Ulises Soto moved for a conditional certification of a collective action alleging Cinergy violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.
