Law360, New York (August 3, 2009, 3:29 PM EDT) -- In a boost to Ford Motor Co., a federal judge has shot down an attempt by plaintiffs to exclude an expert witness for the auto giant in a proposed class action alleging the company's F-250 and F-350 trucks for model years 2005 to 2007 have defective front-end suspensions that put their drivers at risk.
