Tech Unicorn, Cybersecurity Co. Prime IPOs Totaling $281M

Law360 (April 1, 2019, 4:48 PM EDT) -- A technology "unicorn" and an Israeli cybersecurity firm set price ranges Monday on initial public offerings estimated to raise $281 million combined, joining an African e-commerce platform among startups scheduled to go public during the week of April 8.

Cloud software company PagerDuty Inc., advised by Cooley LLP, told regulators it plans to offer 9.1 million shares priced between $19 and $21, raising $181 million at midpoint.
