Cooley Expands Int'l Tax Practice With Ex-Hogan Lovells Atty

Law360 (April 2, 2019, 5:36 PM EDT) -- Cooley LLP has announced a former Hogan Lovells attorney experienced in international transactional tax has joined the firm's tax practice as a partner based in its New York office.

Jeffrey Tolin, who joined the firm Monday after more than 15 years at Hogan Lovells, has experience advising clients in structuring contract negotiations and the international tax aspects of post-transactional planning. Tolin's clients include private equity funds, multinationals, partnerships and non-U.S.-resident individuals, as well as charities and other tax-exempt organizations.

Tolin said he took his talents to Cooley because of his familiarity with the firm and its attorneys.
