Kirkland Snags Skadden Restructuring Pro

Law360, New York (August 3, 2009, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Aiming to boost its restructuring practice, Kirkland & Ellis LLP has wooed a bankruptcy partner from Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP.

Kirkland announced Monday that Patrick J. Nash Jr. was joining the firm as a partner in its Chicago office. Nash, 37, has been practicing law for 13 years and spent the last nine years at Skadden.
