Minn. Gov. Signs Order Expanding Tribe-State Agency Talks

Law360 (April 8, 2019, 9:07 PM EDT) -- Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has signed an executive order expanding relations between his government and the 11 federally recognized tribes in the state, saying all 24 state agencies must implement by June 30 tribal consultation policies to identify budgetary and legislative issues.
