Suits Against Tyco Execs Out Of MDL

Law360, New York (August 4, 2009, 7:22 PM EDT) -- Tyco International Inc.'s cases against three alleged corporate looters should return home to New York, a federal judge presiding over the long-running multidistrict securities litigation has said.

Tyco's cases against Dennis Kozlowski, Mark Swartz and Frank Walsh Jr. should be remanded to the court where they were first filed, said Judge Paul Barbadoro of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire in a recommendation Monday to the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
