Law360, New York (August 5, 2009, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied a bid by Neuralstem Inc. to toss two counts from a trade libel defamation dispute with biotech firm StemCells Inc., which accuses Neuralstem of issuing a series of misleading statements and unfair business practices in connection with a patent infringement suit between the rivals.
