BakerHostetler Lands Middle-Market M&A Partner In Atlanta

Law360 (April 26, 2019, 9:00 AM EDT) -- An attorney focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions work has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in its Atlanta office after more than a decade at McKenna Long and eventually Dentons following the firms' merger.

Douglas Eingurt, whose first day at BakerHostetler was April 15, initially joined McKenna Long  & Aldridge LLP in September 2007 and stayed with the firm as it underwent a merger with Dentons in 2015.

Having spent his whole career in one place, Eingurt told Law360 that the move was motivated by a need for a change of scenery.
