Law360, New York (August 5, 2009, 5:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has made an initial determination that Phatthana Frozen Food Co. Ltd. and Sea Wealth Frozen Food Co. Ltd. should be excluded from the agency’s earlier order imposing anti-dumping duties on warm-water shrimp and prawns from Thailand.

The DOC issued a preliminary ruling on Wednesday that PFF and Sea Wealth should be revoked from the 2005 anti-dumping duty order after finding that the companies were part of the Rubicon Group, which has already been cleared by the agency from having to pay...
