BakerHostetler Brings On Tucker Ellis Benefits Chair

Law360 (April 19, 2019, 3:24 PM EDT) -- BakerHostetler has hired as a partner in its Cleveland office the chair of Tucker Ellis LLP's employee benefits and executive compensation practice, who brings more than 25 years of benefits law experience to the firm.

Ann M. Caresani specializes in advising employers on how to run benefit plans and defending them in Employee Retirement Income Security Act litigation, BakerHostetler announced Wednesday. She started with the firm April 15 after four years at Tucker Ellis, before which she spent 17 years at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP.
