Aerogroup Judge Grows Impatient With Settlement Bickering

Law360, Wilmington (April 23, 2019, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge seemed miffed Tuesday that creditors of bankrupt women's shoe retailer Aerogroup continue to bicker over $4 million in litigation settlement proceeds, weeks after he ruled on another dispute over distribution of about $24 million from a Chapter 11 sale.

At a hearing in Wilmington, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin J.
