ClearOne Scores TRO In DialHD Trade Secret Suit

Law360, New York (August 6, 2009, 6:43 PM EDT) -- ClearOne Communications Inc. has won a temporary restraining order blocking rival audio and video company DialHD Inc. from marketing and distributing allegedly infringing products related to a trade secrets dispute with former ClearOne employees.

Judge Tena Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah on Tuesday granted the restraining order, expanding the scope of an earlier permanent injunction to include the newly formed DialHD.
