DC Judge Says He Can't Look At Full Mueller Report Yet

By Nadia Dreid (May 2, 2019, 4:08 PM EDT) -- A D.C. federal judge won't order the government to hand over an unredacted copy of special counsel Robert Mueller's report for his review, telling Buzzfeed and privacy group EPIC on Thursday that their request for him to check out the full report was premature.

U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton told counsel that it was too early in the Freedom of Information Act suit for such a request, but they could try again after they had heard the government's justification for its redactions.
