ERISA Litigator, Pa. Judge Picked For Appeals Courts

Law360, New York (August 7, 2009, 3:02 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama has nominated an Employee Retirement Income Security Act litigator with a Nashville law firm who formerly served on the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee and a judge with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania to sit on federal appeals courts.
