Ariz. Nurses Seek Class Reconsideration In Cartel Suit

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 4:45 PM EDT) -- The lead plaintiffs in a suit accusing an Arizona health care association and some member hospitals of operating an anti-competitive cartel to drive down nurses' wages have asked the court to rethink its decision to exclude traveling nurses from the class.
