Law360, Wilmington (May 7, 2019, 5:15 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge approved employee bonus plans sought by luxury brand retailer LK Bennett USA Inc. on Tuesday, saying the $85,000 in payments would incentivize company leaders to maximize value from sales of the debtor’s inventory.
During a hearing in Wilmington, company attorney Jamila Justine Willis of DLA Piper said the only objection to the key employee incentive and retention plans had come from the Office of the United States Trustee, which took issue with the details of the plan being filed with the court under seal.
