Aldo Store Managers Maintain Cert. In OT Action

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 12:35 PM EDT) -- A judge has rejected Aldo U.S. Inc.'s bid to decertify a collective action brought by former and current store managers alleging they were not paid overtime wages.

Judge James S. Moody Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District Court of Florida on Thursday said the retailer's arguments to decertify the Fair Labor Standards Act case were unconvincing.
