Magistrate Judge Overruled As Court OKs Goldgroup Award
By Sophia Morris (May 9, 2019, 6:24 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge on Thursday rejected a magistrate judge's recommendation that the court vacate an arbitration award in favor of Goldgroup Resources in a long-running dispute with two DynaResource entities over a mining project, saying the recommendations wrongly determined that the arbitrator exceeded his authority.
