Fla. DEP Won't Fight Decision To Allow Everglades Oil Well

Law360 (May 9, 2019, 8:24 PM EDT) -- The city of Miramar, Florida, and Broward County dropped their appeal late Wednesday of a decision allowing an exploratory oil well in the Everglades after the state Department of Environmental Protection did not join their case in the Florida Supreme Court.
