O'Reilly Auto Let Boss Sexually Harass Workers, Says EEOC

Law360 (May 9, 2019, 7:43 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission hit O'Reilly Automotive Stores Inc. with a sex discrimination class action in Florida federal court Thursday, alleging the retailer let a manager at an Orlando store repeatedly grope female workers and demand sexual favors.

The EEOC accuses O'Reilly of violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, saying it not only let manager Tracy Leonard Clark sexually harass and assault his female colleagues, it fired one worker who complained about him and forced another to quit.
