Ex-Wells Fargo Atty Joins Greenberg Traurig Bankruptcy Arm

Law360 (May 10, 2019, 5:26 PM EDT) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP has added a former Wells Fargo in-house attorney to its restructuring and bankruptcy practice, in a move aimed at strengthening the firm's new Minneapolis office.

James Park, who served as lead in-house counsel for Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services for the last 13 years, started working at the Minneapolis office on Monday, and plans to concentrate his practice with the firm on the needs of banks and other financial institutions.
