Polsinelli Lands New York M&A Shareholder From Westerman

Law360 (May 17, 2019, 3:40 PM EDT) -- A deal-focused attorney who steers public companies and private equity sponsors has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in New York from Westerman Ball Ederer Miller Zucker & Sharfstein LLP.

Patrick F. Doherty, whose first day at the firm was April 29, joins Polsinelli PC's corporate and transactional practice. He told Law360 on Friday that his move to the firm was "client-driven" and motivated by a need for a larger platform.
