NJ's 'Environmental Justice' Effort Targets Vulnerable Towns

Law360 (May 16, 2019, 8:07 PM EDT) -- The Garden State’s renewed focus on environmental protection has regulators getting involved with poor communities facing the highest levels of air, soil and water contamination, Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal told lawyers gathered in Atlantic City for the state bar association’s annual convention.
