Hynix, Nanya Resolve DRAM Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and Nanya Technology Corp. have resolved Edge Electronics Inc.'s suit accusing the two companies of colluding to control the market for dynamic random access memory, or DRAM, products.

Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California signed off Tuesday on a stipulation to dismiss Hynix without prejudice. The stipulation was pursuant to a June 2009 settlement agreement, the terms of which were undisclosed.
