Uniform Co. Beats Ex-Worker's FMLA, ADA Suit At 9th Circ.

Law360 (May 20, 2019, 7:20 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday affirmed G&K Services' win in a former human resources worker's suit accusing the company of firing her for taking time off after she experienced health complications from giving birth, in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
