Class Cert. For 20K Nurses Sought In Wage Case

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 10:21 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs who claim a conspiracy among a group of hospitals and hospital systems to suppress wages led to nurses being underpaid by hundreds of millions of dollars want the judge overseeing their suit against defendants including Detroit Medical Center and Trinity Health Corp. to certify a class of over 20,000 registered nurses.
