K&L Gates Adds Mayer Brown Securities Honcho

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 10:31 PM EDT) -- K&L Gates LLP has boosted the ranks of its securities enforcement practice with the addition of Stephen J. Crimmins, former deputy chief litigation counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division, who joins the firm from Mayer Brown LLP.

Crimmins spent 14 years with the SEC, including eight years as deputy chief litigation counsel in Washington. He focuses on representing clients in enforcement investigations and litigation conducted by the agency.
