Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 7:45 PM EDT) -- Two of three insurance underwriters — American Home Assurance Co. and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. — have been let off the hook in a suit seeking to hold them responsible for excess coverage of a $2.6 million personal injury judgment against the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans.
