WARN, FLSA Classes Certified For Call Center Workers

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 1:20 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted certification of two separate classes to a group of AB&C Group Inc. call center workers alleging their former employer shut down three of its facilities without warning and failed to pay them overtime wages for time spent logging into their computers in the morning.
