Stanford Investors Appeal Interest Freeze On Assets

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 9:26 PM EDT) -- Investors who bought allegedly fraudulent certificates of deposit from Texas billionaire Robert Allen Stanford have appealed a district court's order freezing interest paid to their accounts at the request of the receiver charged with distributing Stanford's estate.
