Ala. Church Wants Tronox Suit Back In State Court

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009, 4:06 PM EDT) -- An Alabama church has asked a bankruptcy judge to allow its environmental claims against chemical company Tronox Inc. and its former corporate parent Kerr-McGee Corp. to be returned to state court.
