Law360, New York (October 11, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The head of Europe’s patent office has maintained that a single court patent system in Europe will debut in less than two years, which could pave the way for U.S.-based intellectual property firms to enter the region and compete in the new jurisdiction.
