SEC Seeks Review Of US Pension Ruling

Law360, New York (August 14, 2009, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has asked a federal judge to reconsider a denial of summary judgment over the alleged failure of U.S. Pension Trust Corp. and U.S. College Trust Corp. to register as broker-dealers, in a suit accusing the investment firms of fraud in their dealings with Latin American mutual fund investors.
