Winstead Employment Vet Jumps To Ogletree

Law360, New York (August 17, 2009, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Labor and employment attorney Dan Dargene has left Winstead PC to join Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC as a shareholder in its Dallas office, saying he was drawn to Ogletree because of its "nationwide boutique" model.

The firm announced on Monday the arrival of Dargene, a management-side employment and labor law veteran who was a shareholder and chaired the employment and immigration practice group at Winstead.
