SEC Seeks Appeal In Lucent Fraud Case

Law360, New York (August 18, 2009, 4:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is urging a district court to finalize earlier judgments in favor of four Lucent Technologies Inc. executives accused of accounting fraud so that it can ask an appeals court to determine the proper standard for primary liability in an agency enforcement action.
