Lowe's FLSA Case Gets Conditional Class Cert.

Law360, New York (August 18, 2009, 2:38 PM EDT) -- A judge has granted conditional class certification to a Fair Labor Standards Act overtime lawsuit brought by a former loss prevention manager of Lowe's Home Centers Inc.

In an order Monday, Judge William Terrell Hodges of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida granted the unopposed motion for conditional class certification.
