U.S. Businesses Angsty Over Employment Lawsuits

Law360, New York (October 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- For general counsel in U.S. businesses nationwide, labor and employment disputes are the number one litigation concern, according to a new survey of corporate counsel by Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.

In its third annual survey of corporate litigation trends, Fulbright & Jaworski asked 422 corporate counsel worldwide about their top litigation concerns. The survey spanned multiple topics, from the most prevalent types of lawsuits businesses face to legal burdens that affect budgets.
