Securities Litigation Sparks Fears For U.S. Businesses

Law360 (October 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Securities litigation and enforcement issues are causing an increasing number of litigation headaches for in-house counsel nationwide, according to a new survey of corporate counsel by Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.

In its third annual survey of corporate litigation trends, Fulbright & Jaworski asked 422 corporate counsel worldwide about their top litigation concerns. The survey spanned multiple topics, from the most prevalent types of lawsuits businesses face to the legal burdens that affect budgets.
