Cathay Threatened With Sanctions In Contract Dispute

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has threatened to sanction Cathay Pacific Airways in a contract dispute with a fuel conservation consulting company, saying it was fairly obvious the airline's motion for summary judgment would be denied and the airline caused "needless time delays."
