9th Circ. Mostly Affirms FLSA Ruling For Lojack

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 7:12 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has largely upheld a lower court's grant of summary judgment to Lojack Corp. Inc. in a Fair Labor Standards Act suit accusing the maker of stolen vehicle recovery systems of failing to compensate its technicians for off-the-clock work, though it vacated one part of the lower court's ruling.
