Lehman Says It's Paid Advisers $308M So Far

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 6:49 PM EDT) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has paid its advisers — including Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, Bingham McCutchen LLP and Jones Day — over $308 million since the firm's September 2008 bankruptcy, the failed investment bank said Friday in a report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
