Neb. Beef Workers Seek Class Cert. For Don, Doff Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 3:15 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in a lawsuit accusing meatpacking company Nebraska Beef Ltd. of not paying workers for time spent putting on and taking off personal protective equipment, sharpening knives, and performing other tasks have asked a judge to certify the case as a class action.
